Domestic Shipping
We’ll dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be provided to you at that time with your order tracking information. All shipments are sent via New Zealand Post on an overnight service.
Exceptions are:
Rural North Island: 1-2 day delivery timeline
Rural South Island: 3-4 day delivery timeline
International Shipping
Modish and Muse do not currently ship outside of New Zealand.
Returns

Faulty
If in the unlikely event that you do find something wrong with the product, please contact us via email within 48 hours (info@modishandmuse.com) of delivery letting us know what the problem is, please include your original invoice number, date of purchase and any relevant photos. We will contact you within 3 working days.
Returns
Returned goods must be as new, unused, in original packaging. A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned item(s) along with your full contact details. All products returned for refund, credit or exchange must be received by our office within 10 days from the date of invoice.
